Who We Are
Welcome to Nice Nice Bite, the first free cookbook lending library in America. Founded by Chef Alicia Shevetone and curated by Nichole Beer, MLIS, EdD, WSET 3, our mission is to make culinary content more accessible to the community. We offer two branches of expertly curated, globally inspired cookbooks for the public on a self-service basis. Come visit us at Palate Las Vegas and Henderson MultiGen!
