Welcome to Nice Nice Bite, America’s first cookbook lending library!
Founded by Chef Alicia Shevetone, our mission is to make culinary knowledge more accessible to the community.
Nice Nice Bite offers two self-service branches of globally inspired cookbooks, inviting home cooks, professionals, and the curious to explore, borrow, and connect through food.
We are proud members of the American Library Association — the first concept of its kind to earn membership.
Visit us at Palate Las Vegas and Henderson MultiGen, and take a bite out of culinary culture.
