Who We Are

Welcome to Nice Nice Bite, the first free cookbook lending library in America. Founded by Chef Alicia Shevetone and curated by Nichole Beer, MLIS, EdD, WSET 3, our mission is to make culinary content more accessible to the community. Located in the heart of the Arts District in Downtown Las Vegas, our collection of expertly curated, globally inspired cookbooks is available to the public for check-out on a self-service basis.
